The refs really blew it on the Read goal.

Bill, please let us know if you hear anything about Coots, even though we know it will be UBI/LBI

Gudas has been having a very rough go over the last month. He is a 3rd pairing dman who was playing above his head and in a rile he is not suited for.

It will be interesting to see what they do with him contract wise.

Mason had no chance on that Weber shot. Unless Weber missed the net, shot it at Mason, there was no time to react to that shot. Mason kept them in it.

That second Giroux goal was fantastic. Great pass, perfect shot.

Ghost had a rough game last night, and got lucky on the offsides call when Forsberg picked his pocket.

He gets himself in trouble when he tries to do too much. When he lets the play come to him, then he seems to do fine.

Thought Del Zotto had a strong game.

Schenn looks like a totally different player when he is with Couturier.

This morning I was backreading yesterday's blob, good Stuff.

Hammer and Funmaster, you guys were great.

This weekend will be a tough test.

I love the game the Flyers are playing, no sense of panic, no sense of fear.

GO FLYERS!!!

I thought he worked himself back into position to break that play up though. Offsides certainly helped though

Yeah.

He's been getting better in his own zone. There are always going to be the times where he makes mistakes. It's just the nature of his game.

Gudas needs to tone it down. Just lete the play come to him instead of trying to gout of his way to make hits.

Yeah, but there was also a pick on Streit as he tried to get back in the play that led up to the first Preds goal. The break evened out.

Would make sense since they were a bit lost in their zone...I was still trying to transfer cell phone accounts at that time

What's the over/under on Simmonds staying healthy and potting 30?

Wasn't quite as dominant as the score indicated. Preds doubled them up in shots. Of course spotting them 7 PP'S doesn't help.

Surprising to me those times in the past Schenn was with G and Jake and you hardly noticed he was out there. Now with Couturier he's become such a more noticeable player (in a good way). Probably just adds that much more value to Couturier.

Schenn and coots are tremendous together. They look so much better this year. Schenn is developing a real knack for going to the best spots routinely in the ozone

Two players, Schultz and a forward, picked up the same player at the side of the net and left the slot open (as much as I bang on Schultz, it was the forward who was out of position) on that first goal.

Man, NHL.com has been getting progressively worse. The new layout is horrible, and I can't find half of the information that I want. I wasn't a huge fan of the TSN layout change, but it's so much easier to use than NHL.com.

I have never wanted to smash my phone more than when i was trying to look stuff up on the new NHL app. I loved the old one and this new one is like giving chris vandevelde 25 minutes a night

Another 17+ TOI, -1 game...but granted, that was mostly PK time (I'm assuming/hoping).

So let the great debate start:

If Couturier is out, do we get Umberger or Weal?
